Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University with a degree in International law (2006).
2006 – 2010 – Third, Second, First secretary, Directorate General on Treaties and Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
2010 – 2013 – Second secretary, Legal adviser of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Belarus to the United Nations.
2013 – 2016 – First secretary, Counsellor, Directorate General on Treaties and Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
2016 – 2020 – Counsellor of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Belarus to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
2020 – 2022 – Counsellor, Senior counsellor of the Asia, Australia and Oceania Department, Directorate General for Asia, Africa and Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
2022 – 2025 – Director of Africa and Middle East Department, Directorate General for Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
2025 – 2026 – Deputy Director General – Director of Africa and Middle East Department, Directorate General for Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 3, 2026, No. 80, appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Zimbabwe.
