On participation in the VII meeting of the Council of Heads of Legal Services of Enterprises — Members of the BelCCI

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Zimbabwe Yury Nikalaichyk took part in the VII meeting of the Council of Heads of Legal Services of Enterprises — Members of the BelCCI in the format of a video conference-call.

Speaking in the section on cooperation with companies of the Global Majority countries, the Ambassador informed the members of the Council about the state of the Zimbabwean economy, key national projects implemented under the Vision 2030 program, the implementation of agreements reached at the highest and high levels, the process of forming a package of basic bilateral economic agreements.

Council members were also provided with advice on key business building issues with Zimbabwean partners, including requirements for supplied goods, counterparty verification measures, applicable contract law and dispute resolution mechanisms.
