Submission of documents

Submission of documents and visits to the Consular office are carried out by prior arrangement.

Appointment can be arranged by e-mail zimbabwe@mfa.gov.by or by phone +263 86 7721 0542.

When applying for consular activities it's mandatory to personally hand the required papers once you have scheduled an appointment at the Consular office. Documents sent by email are not considered as applied ones.

If submission of a notarized consent is required for a consular service to be delivered, such a consent must be certified either at a notary office in the Republic of Belarus or at the Embassy (physical presence of the Applicant is required).
